Shipping & Delivery
We offer Australia Post shipping for a vast number of our products within Australia.
*at this time we are unable to ship frozen goods or international shipping.
All shipping occurs on Monday & Tuesday's only (except on public holidays)
Orders received by 12pm Sunday will be processed for immediate next day shipment.
Orders submitted after 12pm Sunday will be processed in the following week.
All live stock are shipping using Express Post services and a tracking number is supplied.
Delivery timeframe between 1-3 days
Dry goods only orders will be sent via Standard Post service and a tracking number is supplied. Delivery timeframe between 5-7 days
During extreme weather conditions live stock orders may be delayed by us until weather conditions are safer. Extreme temperatures can have an adverse affect on live stock during shipping, particularly if delays with the carrier occur. We want to ensure your live goods arrives with you in optimal health.
We pack our invertebrates very carefully so there is very minimal chance of your new critter being dead on arrival.
If the rare occasion occurs & your invertebrate does arrive in poor condition - Please ensure you contact us within 24hours and provide photos of; both the parcel as you received it and the affected invert. This information is crucial in enabling Platinum reptile supplies to assess the freights condition since departure from us and the invert's condition.

We will either replace the invertebrate (depending on stock availability) or provide alternative options for its replacement.
We do not offer refunds unless we are unable to provide a suitable product replacement.
Online order submissions & cancellations
Whilst our website will allow orders to be placed by those Australia wide, in some states certain invertebrates cannot be imported. Always check your states import restrictions & requirements before placing an order.
From time to time we may need to contact individuals regarding their order. We will aim to contact you using the phone number and/or email address you have supplied during check out. In the event we are unable to gain contact with the purchaser following several attempts; Platinum Reptile Supplies reserves the right to cancel the order.
Once an order is placed via our online store, all orders are considered binding. We do not offer cancellations of orders under any circumstance (unless we 'the supplier' are unable to fulfill an order).
Platinum Reptile Supplies uses Square & godaddy e-commerce software. All credit card information entered into our site is withheld from Platinum Reptile Supplies directly and used in accordance with square & godaddy payment services & subsequently these platforms individual privacy policies.
By providing your contact details to Platinum Reptile Supplies during the checkout process, you 'the buyer' agree that you may be contacted by us in future regarding your order.
We respect your privacy & any personal information you provide to us 'the supplier' is solely used for the purpose of your specific order. Your contact information will not be retained nor misused for the purposes of marketing, spam, or otherwise.
